We had a great visit to Port Washington, Wisconsin yesterday to pick up some new inventory. We met with a Bolens retiree that had worked for Bolens from the late 1960's well into the 90's. In his time being employed (for several decades) with Bolens he had acquired quite the collection of new parts. We really enjoyed our visit with him. He shared some great stories about working there and even the years he was on the Bolens Snowmobile Racing Team. We were fortunate to be able to purchase this inventory from him. This will definitely help keep these machines running for years to come. While up there we decided to stop by the old Bolens plant and then decided to stop by the Briggs & Stratton Testing Facility and talk with the guys over there. We ended the day with a late lunch at the Fork & Tap where we enjoyed our lunch overlooking the water.
