Cancellation and Returns

Sam's Bolens, LLC must approve any cancellation of any order prior to shipment. Processing fees will be charged.  All Orders for Special or Non-standard Products may not be cancelled or returned. No returns or exchanges are allowed on special order parts, non-stock parts, electrical, rubber parts or gaskets. Any cancellation or returns accepted will be subject to a restocking fee of 40% and other charges may vary, for which the Purchaser shall be responsible.  All returns should be made to Sam's Bolens, LLC or as otherwise designated by US, and must be in resalable condition and accompanied with a copy of the original Invoice.  Contact us for any questions.
